Mindful Morning Breathing
Start with conscious breathing to awaken your body and mind gently.
Step 1: Find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Step 2: Take a deep breath in through your nose for 4 counts, feeling your chest rise.
Step 3: Hold your breath gently for 2 counts, feeling the stillness within.
Step 4: Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 counts, releasing any tension.
Step 5: Continue this rhythm, letting each breath bring you into the present moment.
